THE BLOODLETTERS "SKELETON CHAINED" C30

The Bloodletters is the ongoing mail collaboration between myself and Knox Mitchell (Lidless Eye,

This track is a recording of a 5" acetate lathe created by Zebra Mu titled Surface Noise.
Playing this record was a challenge not only because the acetate is very delicate but it seemed that some grooves played from the inside out, while others were locked. The tone arm would occasionally return because the grooves were cut way past the run out making it more difficult to play.
This audio is an unedited rip of my copy, with the exception of several long pauses, which were cut out, The record was played and recorded at 33,1/3 45 & 78rpm at random intervals.
